Work Place Injury and Early Return To Work

The Early Return to Work Program timeframe is exclusively individualized in nature, and determined by the physician, therapist, and patient. Clinicians use Standardized Tests and Procedures to assess functional capacity, impairment, pain and the psychosocial impact of the injury. Progress is communicated to the referring MD and parties involved throughout the treatment process .

We visit the actual worksite to perform a clinical assessment, analysis of work safety, and risk factors. If the patient is unable to return to work at full capacity, alternatives are explored if agreed upon by all parties involved. We also provide ergonomically adapted assistive devices to reduce chances of further injury or pain.
